Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn't quite right, here's how our returns work:

Full-Price Items

10 days -  from delivery  to return for exchange, store credit, or full refund

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

  • Please be careful when trying on to avoid transferring makeup, perfume, or deodorant

Sale Items

10 days to return for exchange or store credit only

Special Categories

  • Flash Sale (already reduced items): All sales final

  • Outlet items (All items with 40% off or more off ): All sales final

  • Sample sales: All sales final

  • Pre-orders & custom orders: All sales final

Shipping Costs

If your return means your original order wouldn't have qualified for free shipping, we'll deduct shipping costs from your refund:

  • Domestic: $10 NZD

  • Australia: $35 AUD
