Full priced items/Non Sale items - We will be pleased to offer an exchange, credit or refund. You have 14 days to return your purchase. Garments need to be returned to us in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all labels attached and intact. Please take care when trying on garments to avoid the transfer of perfume, deodorant or makeup which may void the right of return.
Full Priced items purchased online can only be returned for an exchange once.
Free shipping returns - Shipping will be deducted on returns - If the return means the original purchase would not have qualified for the Free Shipping Terms, then the normal shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. If items returned used a 'Free Shipping' promo (automatic spend discount or promo code), the cost of Shipping ($10.00 for domestic, $35 Australia, Rest of World $55) will be deducted from your refund amount.
Sale Items -
You may return a sale item for an exchange or store credit within 10 Days of receiving the purchase. This includes any promotional discounting of offer.
Flash Sales - For example, 20% Off, 30% Off. Discount off FULL PRICE Items only. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Items will be eligible for exchanges or credits but will not be eligible for a refund.
Outlet styles (final clearance) -
( 40% off or more ) Outlet purchases are not eligible for return, refund or credit.

Sample Sale -From time to time we do a sample sale. Sample Sale Purchases are not eligible for return, refund or credit. The purchase is final.

When returning an item I recommend sending it with tracking, Lost and Led Astray is not liable for the loss of items being returned. The refund will be put through once the item is received.
Please email the store at info@lostandledastray.co.nz as soon as you can so that we can endeavour to find a solution.
Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account: in the "Email" fields, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.
4. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
5. If the order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
6. Select a return reason and add a note from the store.
7. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
