We try our best to provide the most accurate descriptions, images and colour representation for all of our garments should you require a colour swatch or have further questions about the details of a particular garment, just ask.
Orders placed with Lost and Led Astray will be processed within standard working hours Monday to Friday New Zealand time. Any orders received outside of these times will be processed on the next working day. Processing of your order may take up to 48 working hours. Shipping estimates are additional to this processing time. We will email you confirmation and your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Please provide a physical address where a delivery can be signed for between 9am and 5pm Delivery cannot be made to a PO Box. Please note that any local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Lost and led Astray takes no responsibility for any delay in the processing of your purchase should local taxes or duties be applied.

We will give a full refund or exchange on all purchases, if contacted within 7 days of purchase. Ideally sale items are exchanged as we are here to help how ever we can. Email me to discuss any size, fit or fabric questions, always happy to help.

Costs incurred for the return shipping of the purchase is the responsibility of the customer unless the garment is faulty or incorrect.
All items will be checked to make sure they have been unused, unwashed and unaltered with all correct tags present. Once the garment has been looked over a replacement will be dispatched at the cost of LaLA.
In the event of a refund, we will contact you to discuss how this will be transferred. If an item is faulty or incorrect it can be exchanged or returned for a refund of the purchasing price.
